A bounty hunter is one of the most varied subcategories of people you can meet in Los Angeles. Some are out for their own ends, be it an infamous reputation, an urge to uphold the new law, or just to make some money, and others are just misguided souls with nothing better to do. There are shades of gray between everything previously mentioned, of course, but suffice to say, they come in all types. Some actually have some morals. Some don't. It could be said the only thing they all
have in common is that their activity is fueled by the absolutely necessary broadcasts from LOCK radio, a station that sends out information on all wanted criminals, needed tasks within the vicinity of Los Angeles, and other odd favors and tasks. When one of these missions is complete, the requested burden of proof must be brought to the nearest LOCK check-in station, where they can exchange the proof for the suggested reward.
