Hailing from down south on the Los Angeles island, specifically from the ranks of the Sanctuary Guard, Charlie Fallon now spends his days as an apprentice working the Dragontown guns and ammo store under Harry's tutelage. Despite an encouraging, happy-go-lucky attitude uncommon of of other teens, his limited reasoning skills and lack of common sense (paired with a very young face) can often make him frustrating to people who have let the devestation of the times sink in. This isn't to say he's dull by any means. While his general knowledge is stunted by a complete lack of schooling, a common trait for those who were very young when O31 hit, Charlie is a virtual genius with wiring things together - his speciality is explosives. Aside from playing around with bombs and electrical wiring, Charlie is also an avid skateboarder and roller-blader, although the latter is often only used for games of street hockey with the local kids.

He isn't sure what he wants out of his life just yet, and often struggles with his own identity in a world where individualism is no longer important. The former romanticisms of teenage life are unknown to Charlie, leaving him as a confused but hopeful presence caught, without remorse, between boy and man.
