Herding the rich and successful into one lumped area on what used to be the old strip, she now collects tax from her residents in order to provide them supposed protection with the Sunset Boulevard Security team. Egotistical, vain, moody and manipulative, as the operative mayor of sorts, Charlotte demands to be given the title of "Queen" although it's hardly suiting for her position, and dresses only in slinky evening gowns and elaborate boas to enhance her look of importance and regality. With no tolerance for insubordination and no interest in other's opinions, she has become a very closed-off and inexperienced person, with no real idea how things should work outside of her jurisdiction. She doesn't understand the concept of doing things someone else's way. That's not to say she's without her wittiness, however.
