Sad-eyed little Chloe is an aspiring botanist, trapped in a world where the beauty of flora is overrun by fractured cement and crumbling brick. The daughter of Uncle Nutso, and Annie's twin sister, Chloe dreams big, hoping to one day repopulate Los Angeles's plantlife, although deep down she realizes how ridiculous that seems. So, in the meantime, she has taken to turning the greenhouse next to her father's lab into a lush affair. While she has many traditional plants such as ferns, daisies, morning glories (her favorite) and other flowers, she also grows her father's supply of marijuana, tobacco and opium, which he sells on the side to keep funding his little experiments. Her tiny attic bedroom is a montage of her favorite flowers, which she has all given personal names and tends to talk to as she has no one else in her life who understands her. She's very melancholy a lot of the time, but tries to remain hopeful and compassionate. While a little odd to say the least, she isn't nearly as crazed as her father or as depraved as her sister.
