This arrogant man is the one responsible for leading the Sunset Boulevard Security team into countless beatings and imprisonings of completely innocent people. With a lust for imposing himself on people and a knack for getting everyone around him angry (save for Queen Charlotte, who personally appointed him to his post), Claude will get the job done no matter how horrible or morally reprehensible. He is able to do this by creating his own personal front saying whatever he does is for the good and safety of the Sunset Boulevard residents, who pay good money for their security. On the outside, he tries to play himself off as a selfless, generous and brave contributor to society, but on the inside, he is completely self-servicing, only wanting to pave his own way to a false superiority. Being part of a so-called security team gives him the ammo he needs to feel like he is a bigger and better person than everyone else, and he's not afraid to point this out at every possible opportunity.
