Smarmy and sarcastic, this Brit trapped on the isle is a miserable, miserable soul, and he wants to make everyone else feel this pain through his snappy but undeniably funny banter. Despite his hateful exterior, Clive is actually a sensitive individual, who retaliates his frustration and disappointment through anger. Along with his broadcast partner Wes, the two make for a very hard-hitting journalistic team, motivating many of their listeners through insults and prods. It's an underhanded tactic, but it works for most of the egos tuning into LOCK for their bounty-related news. Clive is second to none at this practice. When the radio is off, however, he takes to escapism by heavy drinking to drown out his shortcomings. He has been known to offer drunken rants on air before after longs nights of boozing, much to both the amusement and disgust of all.
