An imposing and unforgiving figure of Bay Dock, the Good Reverend can be named and recognized by almost any resident of Los Angeles, and yet, despite all his illegal (by any organization's standards) activity, no one dares to actually arrest him. His hold over the Los Angeles underground is too great, and even the Bay Dock police, sworn to stop the rampant crime in Bay Dock, would dare try to take him in, even if face to face with him. No one opposes his iron rule without the ultimate consequence. It's estimated the Good Reverend has had as many men and women killed in his name as the LOCK organization. The Reverend never loses his calm but forceful front, preferring to never raise his low-toned voice so that everyone else will go into complete silence to hear what he says. Claiming he performs a public service by offering housing to his drug dealers and prostitutes, he manages to be generous while never pretending to be anything but completely selfish. His honest self-image is part of what makes him so dangerous. |
