Harry is the owner of Dragontown's guns and ammo store. He's been running it for the better part of 5 years, now, but manages to keep a couple hobbies on the side of his business. He has a '79 Trans-Am in the store's adjacent garage which he constantly works on to keep up its nice condition, and is a regular patron of The Sentinel, Dragontown's biggest local bar. However, aside from being in the shop from 11 AM to 8 PM, you can always expect him to go down to Fuckworld nightly, although he's never spent a penny there. He goes for the free floor show used to entertain those waiting.

Not much is known about Harry's past, not just prior to O31, but prior to his settling in Dragontown in general. He's a mostly peaceful, quiet resident, although it's not uncommon for him to take a gun barrel to the temple of anyone who threatens his business - all fair play in Los Angeles's slums. Pragmatic, cynical and somewhat old-fashioned, Harry likes to keep a low profile in the cut-throat world of Los Angeles, although his demeanor often suggests he was not always so contently uninvolved..
