A legend in Los Angeles, Louisa Hunter had formed the Sanctuary Guard and helped save hundreds of lives in the wake of O31's destruction. However, after building the guard to protect those recovering from the disaster and making it a formidable team, she announced her retirement and disappeared altogether. No one knows whatever became of her afterwards, or exactly why she left her brainchild at its peak of completion, or if she's even still alive, but her name lives on as one of the sole saviors of the times.
