Enigmatic but brilliant, the man known as Mr. Sweet is as celebrity as someone can be. The most successful of the entrepeneur class, he turned an arsenal of two hookers and a holed-up hotel into a multi-level brothel with 25 women and 5 men - a definite rarity for any pimp's line-up - at his disposal, plus a full security team and an entertainer for the everlong waiting list. Needless to say, it's second to none on all of the Los Angeles island. Mr. Sweet himself mostly keeps to himself, not liking to associate with guests or even his staff, most of the time. Only making appearances when necessary, he otherwise locks up in his quarters, although no one is quite sure why or what he occupies his time with. He dresses extravagantly and colorfully, always violets and crimson, and is absolutely never seen without his mask and some sort of fanciful hat. Some suspect that events during O31 drove him insane, but it seems to have worked to his advantage. He's estimated to be the third richest man in Los Angeles.
