Eccentric, crazed and yet a mad genius, "Uncle Nutso" as he demands to be called by everyone - including his daughters - is one of the few remaining fully certified surgeons from before O31. He and his wife both survived the disaster and, for quite some time afterwards, he was quite fine, as well as his lady love. They continued to treat those wounded in this new, more dangerous world, hoping to keep as many people as possible healthy. However, when his wife died during childbirth, leaving Nutso with two bouncing baby girls, he plummeted off the deep-end. He is a loving and doting father to both girls, but in completely different ways, encouraging Annie to keep up her unintentionally murderous pursuits, and praising Chloe on her green thumb. He will still occasionally treat the sick or injured, and has kept many vaccines and treatments alive that otherwise would be lost to the almost nonexistent medical world, but he makes more of a living off paid torture and the selling of varied drugs. While he has completely cracked, he's still a very, very useful man, and he's also not without his personal merits. He would do anything for his daughters, even though he has done a shoddy job of raising them, and while he hates the world around him for supposedly taking away his wife, he holds out an odd hope that things have to eventually get better.
