Pachabel Cannon, a look-out station centered on this coast, operates out of Bay Dock, and will take fire without any hesitation on ships that are perceived to have bad cargo or, shall we say, unwanted visitors. Pachabel Cannon is run by the unofficial police force of Bay Dock, and is said to have over 20 mounted guns on its highest wall, with a good twenty more lining the three stories below it. It is indeed a looming force to be reckoned with.
