A vain sociopath. Had there been more survivors of his deadly arsenal of guns, wit and homemade explosives to acknowledge his gruesome work,it's certain he would be infamous (and wanted dead by several authorities). Rex still seems to think that those around him should treat him like a living god even though they don't know him - a mind-set that has made him dangerously short-tempered, and downright deadly when his fuse burns out. Luckily for him, a normally charismatic outer shell makes most people see him as just another hot-shot vigilante. An all-consuming obsession to find Wayne - with whom his past is deeply rooted - has driven him nearly to a breaking point, and now that Rex has almost found him, it's only made him more desperate to charge towards what he believes to be his destiny.
