Closer to Dragontown but still on Sunset Boulevard soil is Uncle Nutso's Funhouse and Botanical Gardens. The owner of this 'establishment', if you will, Uncle Nutso, conducts odd experiments with the help of his twin daughters Anenome or "Annie", and Clover or "Chloe", and many unwilling subjects. He appears to be as benevolent as a mad scientist can be as, aside from odd experimentations, there is also a fully functioning greenhouse where Nutso and his girls attempt to preserve otherwise failing greenery.
