Bay Dock is home to one of the most famed drug trafficking locations in LA, that being Underbridge. Partial remnants of a large bridge overhang into a sort of symbolic nothingness over the waters, a door embossed into its closer side, heavily guarded and leading down into the underground smuggling set-up, the largest drug stronghold and dealing area on the island. While the location is obvious and the Bay Dock Police know full-well of it, a full-out assault in the myriad of criminals lurking there could be disastrous to the force. They prefer to do their busting of Underbridge masterminds out on the street when (and if) they can catch them.
