Somber, kind-hearted Warren Bolt is a man of many hidden sorrows. In the midst of a great heartbreak, O31 came along and took the one thing Warren held more dear than anything else, and to bury this grief he took in Charlie Fallon - still just a toddler at the time - as his son to pay his respects and fill the void. He immediately aided in relief efforts around the area he was in and, with vast experience as a special forces Marine, he was a tremendous help. Afterwards, he ended up joining the budding Sanctuary Guard under the urging of Louisa Hunter, its founder. He was a loyal and stalwart member, teaching many of the members how to use their guns along with other practical but very important information. When Louisa abandoned the guard and disappeared completely 2 years after its creation, Warren took over, and has been the wise and fair leader ever since. While Warren attempts to remain realistically optimistic at all times, he keeps a deep sadness inside him that will never pass. He both loves the Guard and despises it, and this constant war inside himself has made him a very old but powerful 50 years of age.
